Hulk never koed Superman. He broke out of a bearhug from a holding back Superman who didn't know much about him. That's also from a different crossover.
Later Superman nearly oneshotted Hulk and casually tossed him to another state.
It was a contest whether Hulk can even move Superman. Not hurt him, merely move him and Hulk was angrier than ever due to Doom's device.
Superman was merely annoyed by his suckerpunch.
