Maverick vs Black Panther

Both skilled fighter with good weapons. Who wins?

I always liked how Maverick could absorb power and amp his stats. I see this turning into a hand to hand fight. I'd favor Tchalla in a hand to hand fight.

Doesn't he have anti-healing powers.
