Strongest Character that Raven Darkham can beat?
Lets address the elephant in the room, yeah, he's from a fan film.
But there's nothing outrageous, and there are no outside characters in the film, so it doesn't contradict anything, and merely adds to the lore.
Regardless, who do you think is the strongest person he can take.
Impossible to tell without input from the authors, to be honest.
I'm running my own roleplaying for last 5 years, and I've been a member of the same group since 2008 so I know a lot about this thing to know you can't rate anything when the authors stay away from the lore already done and add their own plots. You lack a common gauging stuff.
Yeah, but going strictly by feats can easily become pretty damaged.
If you did, the most common, oldest example is the fact that since Rivi Anu TK'd a Star Destroyer, Windu as the second after Yoda by canon sources should be able to do better. Then, guy like Freedon Nadd has better raw feats than Windu does, so Nadd would be easily and definitely TK'ing Star Destroyers freely. And Exar Kun is directly stated to be better than Nadd, so he should be using Star Destroyers as a telekinetic club...
Etc.
