Neither of these accolades substantiate your point. Dooku may be a better swordsman than Galen, but can he one-shot AT-ATs with Force lightning? Can he telekinetically guide a falling star destroyer? Can he wipe away hundreds of stormtroopers per Force push? Can he blow apart a frigate after shielding it from atmospheric reentry?

When it comes to Force power, Galen is orders of magnitude beyond either of them, and that Dooku can fight pretty makashi and Malgus can...uh...look tough means little.
