While I wouldn't doubt he could get cut, Lobo is an intentionally ridiculous character. He has arguably one of the greatest healing factors in comics, able to regenerate from just blood. With some versions, every drop of blood can create a new clone of himself. Add on to that Superman-ish level strength.
