Question about Zion's destructions

Why do the machines allow for Zion to rebuild everytime affter they destroy it? I believe the machines are somewhat dependent on the "real world" humans. The architect did say that if Neo didnt choose the door to repopulate Zion that their would be a "mass system failure" which in part would allow for the destruction of the matrix, and everyone still attached to it. Why such a mass failure would occur if zion was destroyed and gone for good is beyond me, wouldn't the machines be rid of their only threat.

The mass system failure would have nothing to do with Zion's destruction, which the machines just do as a matter of course. The mass system failure would be due to the growing anomaly.

The machines need Zion because they need somewhere for the humans who leave the Matrix to go.

I think that Zion and what everyone thinks is the "real world" is actually another Matrix (to bring back the theory of multiple Matrices). The purpose of this second Matrix, or the Matrix Reloaded if you will, is all a part of the Architect's master plan to bring the anomaly back to the source. Neo needs to believe that Zion is in danger so that he is compelled to choose the right (or left, I forget) door to go back to the source and to start up a new Zion, supposedly. Therefore, in my theory, there may not actually be a real Zion. Kinda far-fetched, but it makes sense. But knowing the Wachowski's, what's really going on is probably much more elaborate, complicated, and deep than what anyone else is thinking right now.

Have you noticed that NEO has the same physical identity throughout all levels (matrix, out of matrix, meeting with architect)? This implies that he is the ONE. The computer versions all have different physical identities (Agents, agent smith, oracle, architect, bad guy in "out of matrix"😉.... just a thought...

Another note... At the end of the movie, NEO mentions that: THE ONE WAS NEVER MEANT TO END THE WAR... meaning they will somehow join together (By the way, I believe this is how he gets his "new" powers in the "real world"... it's an expansion in awareness/consciousness) The oracle even says something between those lines: THE ONLY WAY I SEE OUT OF THIS IS BY JOINING TOGETHER... NEO even says something about this to the chacellor: SO HUMANS NEED ROBOTS AND ROBOTS NEED HUMANS; GOOD POINT...

To emphasize what I'm trying to say... if the bioelectrical machines need electricity.... and if they get if from humans... then by killing humans, they would not have enough energy, therefore they would also die.

I believe that LOVE is the answer to all questions. NEO has that piece of code; the machines do not. That's why the machines don't see any reasons why they would live with humans (also why the MerilVengian doesn't see any reason why he would give up the Key Maker... also why he and Percephone don't "connect" with each other... she has the "love" code but he doesn't. All of this results in causing "failures" in the matrix, and in the real world. NEO bases all of his decisions on LOVE, that's why he's the ONE. That's why he can feel everything in every level of existence.

I truly hope you understand this...

Perhaps teh Machines are just like the Matrix they are being reset every time the one chooses the other door to what neo did
