In a non-prep battle between the 2 from high herald level down to street level Earth based heroes and villians which Earth is more organised for unpreped battle as the war starts off in its early stages?

If they dont live on Earth Marvel or Earth Dc then they are not in this fight..

Where does the fight take place?

Regardless I feel Marvel has ir. DCnu is like 6 years old and none of the Lanterns other then Baz and Cruz stay on Earth. New Gods aren't on Earth, and other then that DC Earth is outnumbered
