Anakin in "the Zone" just decides to win battles and wins them, making any advantage of his opponent (force mastery, duelling skill, experience) a non-issue. This is how he defeated Dooku. So, essentially, he could solo this.
Although there is some truth to that, this is Sidious not Dooku. Dooku appeared to have an apparent weakness to strength based attacks, whereas Sidious does not. The harder Anakin hits the more frustrated he gets and leaves openings Sheev can exploit. It would effectively be the Bloodlusted Maul vs Sidious fight all over again with force attacks chained in. Suited Vader has a massive strength advantage over Palpatine but it matters little. Savage Opress who is no slouch in the strength department, charged head on at the Sith Lord and connected with his stomach which seemed to have no effect (Keep in mind these were the horns that impaled Adi Gallia). Palpatine has also taken a kick to chest from Maul's metal legs and still looked in reasonable knick, so Vader's strength matters little if anything at all. Vader mostly engaged mid tier Jedi knights with the occasional master thrown in and when he faced a mid to top tier opponent in Galen Marek, he lost. Not to mention his obvious weakness to force lighting whom his opponent, along with Bane, have lightning capable of charring skin and completely disfiguring individuals.
Sidious CURBSTOMPS he is both a tier above in Force and sabers IMO
