Lack of exploration of force feats isn't lack of ability.
We don't see her fail to do anything of note, she just doesn't try and do anything either. She was capable of overpowering Traya's Telekinesis in the Malachor core, for example, and easily destroyed an armoured soldier while not in her prime and on a Dark Side Nexus.
Sure she lacks a plethora of feats in that department, but that's not to say she's worse than Ventress.

Using the KOTOR guide that states you can freeze Traya's light sabers with a game mechanic ( force wave ) isn't the equivalent of overwhelming Traya's TK.
"Force Wave can stun Kreia's floating lightsabers." - Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords: Prima Official Game Guide.
"Even though they are inert objects, the lightsabers are still vulnerable to status effects; Force Wave is extremely effective here. It knocks the lightsabers away from you, and it has a good chance of stunning them." - Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords: Prima Official Game Guide.
Destroyed? What do you mean by that? Like she disintegrated them with TK?
We have a prime Meetra as of the Revan novel ( or as prime as she's going to get considering her death in the novel ). We see her kill a soldier with TK on Dromuund Kaas by slamming them into a wall. Thus we can verify that to be the extent of her abilities whilst weakened as she was in midcombat and willing to kill as evidenced by the outcome of her attack. She is more powerful outside of combat. On the other hand we have Ventress accomplishing feats like collapsing enormous pieces of a stone ceiling or throwing stone columns before her prime.
Zoomed out gif for scale.
As offensive force wieleders I'd put Ventress above but as I said neither is going to be making much headway here.

Novel Surik isn't her prime, though.
