If Kyp Durron is going all-out and not restraining himself, he should be more powerful than Tenebrous, seeing as how he manipulated a black hole with greater ease than Luke did and has various other insane telekinetic feats. Tenebrous, however, is probably a better duelist, and may possess a wider array of abilities.

Honestly, Kyp might be more powerful than Caedus, even if he isn't an overall superior combatant. I'd say in raw power Kyp is Yoda+ tier, and in combative Force ability he's around Caedus's. Tenebrous is probably between Vader and Krayt.

Heart says Tenebrous, brain says Kyp.
