Would Sidious have killed Padme had she lived?
Sidious knows that Padme was what drove Anakin to do what he did. Her death turned him into a miserable wreck afterwards. Had she not died, would Sidious have kept her alive thinking a content Vader is an effective Vader, or would he have arranged for her death discretely. If Sidious killed Padme and Vader found out it was him, would he avenge her death all out or die trying?

Man, how would picture that? Vader probably doesn't have much left down there after Mustafar if you know what I mean and Sheev can't get it up. But then again "the dark-side of the force is a path-way to many abilities some considered to be unnatural".
Palpatine seems beyond sex, and Vader would rather an hero than watch shit like that 🙂
However if Palpatine arranged a convincing stage proving Padme mad betrayed him and stuff, he would rape her endlessly for weeks with every object possible until she died, and he would proceed to force remains of his burned pepe into her dead mouth before leaving her corpse for some animals.
