Mace Windu's standard state IS pissed off...

Anyways, 7 or 8.

Amped Windu might clear.

Should stomp at 7 if average Windu who is just annoyed or whatever.
If by "pissed off" you mean Vaapad amped Windu, then probably 10 or clear.
