By feats Jadus, but he's a shit combatant and Arcann is supposed to be above all the sith.

With lightsabers and physical attacks barred, though? He shouldn't be able to take Jadus, under those restrictions; although Jadus will have a hard time at it, given Arcann's defensive powers.
