Juggerball aka Cannonaut vs ???

Alright A well written Classic Juggernaut\w Cannonball powers would be extremely power, who is the most power comic book character he could defeat? Where would you tier this upgraded Juggernaut?

Thanos?
Depowered Tyrant?
Morg(Wol/Power Cosmic)?

what do cannonball's powers add to juggernaut's? flight and?

Adding a Blast Field to add to his own shields or absorb kinetic energy then channel it outwards with his hits boosting their power and he can use the energy he has to fly and use it powerful blasts and shield.
