Depends on which Eiling. If he's in the ORIGINAL Shaggy Man body, there isn't much Kurse can do, because he'll simply heal or regenerate. If it's the clone bodies, then yes, Kurse will win.

Judging from the pictures I will assume that this is Kurse x4 vs Eiling (Modern day). Kurse wins.

That's the original Shaggy Man body, I think. The one that was exiled to the asteroid then brought back by Luthor.

Was pretty formidable. Took a weapon that was designed to kill Superman, FWIW, and kept on ticking.

Also easily withstood the ASTRO FORCE. Needed to be BFR in order to be defeated.

Original shaggy man doesn't need any rest. IIRC, the same scientist built a duplicate to fight the original Shaggy Man for eternity under ground or something.

He can also adapt like Doomsday. Eventually, Shaggy Man will win.

The Justice League attempt to stop the creature, but the Shaggy Man holds them all off until the Flash suggests Zagarian create a second creature to fight the first. The League then seals the two monsters inside a deep pit, where they can battle each other indefinitely
