Because Loki can generate energy blasts and has magical/charged daggers. QS only has pure physical attacks. And even then, Loki is still a lot stronger than QS.

Loki doesn't get crushed inside his own armor because he can magically will his armor to appear and disappear as we see in Avengers. That's assuming of course that Asgardian armor and weapons are metals.
