I will take it either way, but I don't like the restaurant experience at least at my store. They got the music playing so loud it is nearly impossible to have a normal conversation with out yelling at the other person.
The Jimmy Johns was the same way.....eh..5 Guys just needs a drive up window.

My spouse has heard of them, but neither of us has eaten at the franchise.
That said, you have to try fairly hard to **** up a burger. Over/undercook, and shitty toppings, mostly.

Thats why me and my friends just go outside or back to one of their houses to eat, or my house if I'm with my family.
