Executioner. Equal or greater physical stats plus MUCH better weapon.

Hard to call.
Ares is a "name" god, but Excecutioner has a lot more time being a bad ass in the MU.

Skurge should win. Even if they were physical equals (which I doubt), Skurge definitely has a better weapon.

Lets make this closer by it being melee only.

then i'd take ares, though it would still be very close. with weapons it would be close too, but the axe was pretty powerful and ares really had nothing to contend with it directly. no matter how you cut this battle, it's close.

I know things like height and reach don't me much but Executioner is 7 foot 2 and 1,100pounds

Well, unless we go by handbooks, Executioner is more impressive physically, with much better feats. Also, his weapon is more awesome than anything Ares has.

Still a good fight. I honestly like both characters wouldnt be upset if it went either way
