(iirc) Senya turns against you I was thinking it might be the Outlander but it seems a bit too much like a unique design for that.

Satele maybe? I can't tell if its a man or woman. Arms look burned. It could be a new character or maybe an ancient Sith reborn or something. But the glow around the hands are blue. Hmm.
