Honestly though it wasn't just concept art, they were sketches for intended story arcs, bits of which even got animated.

So yeah pretty sure they are/will be canon, frankly Ahsoka's fight with Maul already is. Guess we'll find out more in the Ahsoka novel.

OMG, his abilities are second to none, besides of course Jadus, who is the second most powerful Sith in the Empire. Oh and don't forget about Wrath, he's the most powerful Sith in the Empire besides the Emperor too. Oh and nevermind Nox, she's the most powerful Sith in the empire as well. Don't forget the Dread Masters, the most powerful collection of Sith in the Empire's history. Oh and don't forget about Lord Scourge, because he can kill pretty much anyone in the Empire.

It's almost as if codex entries are self-contradictory in the game, and thus should be considered with caution when applied.
