How powerful is Aleema Keto?

Keto has demonstrated a lot of impressive abilities (e.g. blasting people into ash, effecting armies with her illusions), but was ultimately dismissed by Exar Kun.

So in terms of strength in the Force, how powerful is Aleema Keto? And who is the weakest person who could ragdoll/dominate her?
