Dude Thor murders them both. No seriously, literal murder. He's gonna Captain America these guys, but they lack a plot device indestructible shield to absorb the blow.

Yeah. I realistically do not see how these two have any chance of putting down both Hulk and Thor. Hell, even a non-jobbing Iron Man is going to be hard for them to deal with.

There is a silver lining in that Iron Man can hit on Aunt May at Spider-Man's funeral. Win win.

You can add teenage Spidey into the mix and Thor would still be able to solo. All he'd need to do is keep spamming AOE attacks.
