It's not the crawl for Rogue One, it's just a teaser for the film. Right now it appears it won't have a crawl at all.

According to Kathleen Kennedy, "You know, we’re in the midst of talking about it, but I don’t think these films will have an opening crawl. I think that’s what we kind of telegraphed at the beginning of the event today."

^ I'm sure the Clone Wars narrator is available.
