Frank is tough but way out of Batroc's league

Batroc took like three direct knees to the stomach from Cap and proceeded to backflip his way away. I don't see Frank being able to soak Steve's blows up like that. Going with Batroc here.

Batroc made Cap get serious, even if only for a brief period. And his durability for a human was insane considering he got up shortly after Cap smacked him to the deck.

Frank isn't putting him down, and he hits plenty hard on his own, plus he's super agile.

Yeah, the only other non-"super" opponent who has forced Cap to get serious was Crossbones, and he had heavy body armour, piston arms that amped his hits, and deadened nerves that made him tough enough to tank Widow's stun darts, when even Panther (in his suit no less) was visibly affected.
