Big Daddy has no notable pure hand to hand feats and no strength feats even near the same ballpark as Baleman or some of the people he's fought.
BD stealth takes down a guy, tanks gunfire, throws them around one handed, aim dodges an accurate bullet, disarms them, and uses their own weapons against them.
