More important, because the Wrath/Nox is the Wrath/Nox and Marr just spent half a scene explaining why the Wrath/Nox is needed.

Arcann has no reason at all to state something false, that codex entry is well out of date compared to KOTFE. In which a Force user Outlander is all but confirmed to be the most powerful champion the Republic and Empire has.
