Don't really recall what GT Trunks had done that was real notable, so I'd probably have to give it to DBS Trunks.

Debatable, really. You'd expect everyone at this point to learn this transformation, but SS2 form is never talked about in GT.

He has one-shot killed Yakon with a generic ki blast, while in base. And did the same to Android 19 with the help of base Goten:

Dbs Trunks since he's comparable to Gokus ssj2 form in his ssj2 form and Gokus ssj2 power>ssjgod Goku from BOG who nullified the third shock wave in his clash with Beerus which would have destroyed all of Universe 7. It wasn't until Omega Shenron that GT got a character who can destroy all of Universe 7 so Id say GT Trunks loses. DBS Trunks being that strong is BS though.
