DC: Top 10 Smartest Beings in the UNIVERSE?

We're not just limiting to earth, so you can use the entire universe. Who are they and why did you chose those characters?

Brainiac

Alexander Luthor

Those are the top 2, yes. Both changed the course of the DCU.

1a. True Brainiac
1b. Alexander Luthor Jr.

Classic Lobo

Convergence-age Brainiac by, like, a LOT.

Why do you say this? I'd put Alexander in the same tier. Do you agree?

Who in the MU could match True Brainiac?

So I don't know what Brainiac did in Convergence that made him so uber but I guess I'd probably include him anyway, he's definitely always been up there.

Braniac 5 is up there, he has some pretty insane feats.
Metron is a fairly obvious one too, although I guess you can debate how much of that is because of the Mobius.
