The Abyss: Summer 2016 Reflection

The summer of 2016 is winding down and it's time for some reflection.

Many members have been on KMC debating Star Wars for many years now.

Some joined after their previous forum was taken over by fake Nazi's.

Others came with the intent of "educating" but rather "got educated."

And then there were few who arrived for some suicide tips.

Whatever the case, we're all here now.

The question remains: was the X amount of time on KMC worth it?

Have you grown as a person, or is an heroing just one step closer?

What are some members that really stand out to you - good or bad?

Have any threads made you want to move to Africa and get Ebola?

I came here for education, got schooled a few times by Myth and you and copped some shit. KMC gives me something to do at my bullshit job so I'm grateful

Debating? This is new to me. All I see is a bunch of trolling and derailments as a majority.

There was actual debating a couple years back, believe it or not. Regularly. We're long past that now, though; just beating the dead horse of cases that have been argued a thousand times over.

was the X amount of time on KMC worth it? No, it never was. I'm wasting my time here, but it's a better waste than scrolling images on 9gag. At least we're writing something... lol.

Have you grown as a person, or is an heroing just one step closer? Neither. But I think if I spent more time here than hour per 3 days I could get socially disabled with all the "autism" from here.

Sure. It keeps me busy and doesn't cost anything.

Next year I plan to make a full comprehensive mission by mission analysis of Galen and then I think I'll start reading the NJO series.

KMC is where brain cells come to die, a nexus of cancer and agony that seeks to swallow up any who are too weak to resist its pull.

I love KMC tbh.

Good: Beni, Aurbere, the gorgeous Sel, Joker(always), Sinious, Syn, Nova, Bart, Skillz, Newguy, DC, TW, Shamballabingbangwang, Wolf, Tempest, Nai, ILS, Petrus,Tondomai, Q99, Zenwolf, and Slice. A good majority of the people here.
Bad: LeGenD, and Emperordmb.

Not really. Troll threads provide entertainment. Serious threads provide discussion which also provide entertainment.

You all are pretty shit, tbh. Me included. I would say Nova, Zoltan, Fresh, Ant, AP, ILS, Nai, etc, are some of my faves for different reasons. Some of them are rather shit debaters, with rather shit opinions, but they def provide good entertainment. I don't dislike anyone here really, 'cause you all provide entertainment regardless of how garbage I may, or may not, find you to be. 👆
