Also, he's better than Tenebrous, who can instantly errect barriers, that saved him from explosions, able to let Cathedral sized mines collaps, and shits on Temple-busting Bane.
Also, by all means, he should be rather close to RotS Sidious, who is far above Jacen, Hett and co.

If the term atomised is being used liberally here, and I expect it is, that just means he exploded a bunch of people. That's cool, but it doesn't really become impressive (top tier) until those people can erect Force barriers. For example, Galen Marek's frigate feat would require more than several thousand times the energy. It's impressive considering the condition he was in, but not 'top tier'. Only 'high teir'.

Area of effect /= potency. He can cover a section of a field with no indication of how intense said lightning is. He could be spreading his lightning across a plain, but with each spark only emitting voltage of a stun gun.

Which, as far as we can see, isn't really something he can use in the heat of the moment. Which is the most important tenant of power, given that this Forum is dedicated to vs battles.

Tenebrous' barrier feat protected himself from a distant explosion that couldn't disintegrate a bunch of cave bats. It's not a good feat.

Bane sucks. Nhillus can literally destroy the surface of entire worlds with his power. A feat which is millions of times > than anything you've mentioned.

Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. It depends on how powerful the gravatonic shift in Force balance was directly after Sidious killed his master. Remember that Damask is a person who thought Maul was impressive too.
