Siolo Urmanka skill level?

I find this guy pretty interesting. From what has been shown of him, where does he stand in terms of skill level?

He should be pretty damn good from what we've seen of him, honestly.

Much stronger than pre-TPM Maul, a few years prior to TPM IIRC.
