Trocity Undefeated and Undisputed

Kotor era = Revan
TOTJ era = Exar Kun
SWTOR era = Godlander?
PT era = Yoda
NJO era = Luke
Legacy era = Krayt

Hundred-year Darkness era = Ajunta Pall/the best Jedi in the Order that defeated Pall's forces I suppose
Golden Age of the Sith era = Tulak Hord
TOTJ era = Exar Kun
Kotor era = I guess Revan or Nyriss
SWTOR era = Godlander
BoD era = Bane
PT era = Yoda
OT era = Sidious
NJO era = Luke
Legacy era = Krayt

Irrelevant, Sidious is still far quicker than him and has actualised his power to a vastly greater extent that Skywalker. Plus theres all those quotes stating that Yoda is the best duelist in the order and the quote you posted that Windu is the most talented duelist + I think he has one about him being the greatest champion or whatever. So Anakin is canonically inferior to them.

With Vapaad and Shatterpoint, sure.

Her landing strikes on armored parts of Bane's body that Bane wasn't even bothering to defend doesn't prove that Bane couldn't have defended himself from those strikes were he unarmored.
