Democrats Accused Of Breaking The Law On Live TV During Convention

In its efforts to promote illegal immigration, the Democratic National Convention broke the law, according to several commentators.

Dennis Michael Lynch noted that on Monday night “the DNC aided and abetted two illegal aliens” and “twice violated Section 8 U.S. Code 1324.“

As Robert Gehl noted on The Federalist Papers, “The law makes it a felony to ‘conceal’ or ‘harbor’ any ‘alien’ ‘including any means of transportation.’ The penalty is five years in prison (ten years if it was done for ‘commercial advantage or private financial gain,’ and an argument could be made for that).”

Lynch noted that the convention first hosted Karla Ortiz, 11, who was joined by her mother, Francisca. Prior to their arrival on stage, a video of Karla Ortiz with Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton showed the girl telling Clinton that her mother had received an official letter of deportation but that they were staying in the United States regardless.

“Clearly, the mother is ignoring the deportation order,” and so too are the DNC and Clinton, Lynch wrote.

Lol so now we have these illegals just flaunting in our faces they won't follow our rules.

I truly hope these two illegals are forcibly deported now, just for opening their mouth about how they are going to ignore it, I hope they are deported in the harshest way possible.

Obama will just make this a backburner enforcement issue. He can't pardon them but he sets the rules for how the dept works under US laws which means turning the other way.

Not to mention the legal system is meant to tie up the proceedings to make it clunky to kick illegals out.

We know roughly 45% of illegal immigrants are from expired green cards, pretty sure we have a database of where they have been and could track them down with little effort.
