Marvel's cosmics generally fit together into some kind of coherent scheme. There are retcons and contradictions at times, but by and large it works.

has kismet ever interact with Vertigo's character like The Endless or Lucifer? This is interesting.

Not to my knowledge.

The Endless have obviously interacted with several characters from 'mainstream' DC over the years, though, so meeting with Kismet is something any of them *could* have done... It just never needed to happen.
