The best feat I've seen from Solusar is fighting Corran Horn.
Tyris was stomping a guy who fought evenly with Post-AOTC Anakin.
Halcyon even admits that, if he wanted to, Tyris could have taken out all 3 Jedi at the same time, and Desertwind backs up his claim.
The other two Jedi defeated guys that are above the Female Saarai-Kaar in power, the same Female Saarai-Kaar who was beating Corran Horn in I, Jedi, until he got amped.
So, we've got two Jedi that are >> the Female Saarai-Kaar, one Jedi that was fighting evenly with Post-AOTC Anakin in a sparring match where neither could best the other, and had also improved each other over the next few days. (This is after Anakin's fight with Ventress on Yavin IV btw.)
Added on is the fact that Tyris didn't even fight in his Jensaarai armor. (Not confirmed, just speculation, as it tells us his hair color, and Halcyon can see his probiscieses.)
Via powerscaling, Tyris is just plain better.

Tru Veld was sparring with Skywalker a year before AotC, he still isn't on his level. Using sparring matches as an indicator of ones skill is inherently flawed, especially when we have Kenobi beating Gallia, Billaba, Koon, Koth, Jinn, Tiin, Mundi and Mace in sparring matches as a padawan

And due to being a Dark Side Adept, he possesses the ability to generate a force storm on a more limited scale.

Emperor Palpatine claimed the ability to create and control Force storms at will. Light-side practitioners could also band together and create powerful Force storms.

She was winning, until he got amped, and even then, all he did was barely scratch her Cortosis Armor.
Besides, Horn by the point of I, Jedi had already done the following: Used tutaminis to utterly absorb telekinetic attacks from Kyp Durron,
Plus, his illusions were sufficient enough to fool Luke Skywalker, Exar Kun, and Jensaarai mid-combat.
Just as well, those Jensaarai who were above the Female Saarai-Kaar, were defeated by Y'lenic It'kla and Desertwind.
Halcyon admits that even all 3 of them, the other two being >> The Female Saarai-Kaar, who is > I, Jedi Corran Horn (at least by a little bit, as shes clearly beating him.)
Then you have Halcyon, who is stalemating AOTC Anakin, and then improving himself through sparring with him, so Halcyon is even better then when he first fought Post-Ventress-Fight Anakin.
Not only does Halcyon admit that he could beat all 3 of them, which Desertwind backs up, but he heavily implies that he could do it with ease.

I don't have a quote on me, but I'm hunting for it, the gist of it, is that a Padawan made a force storm that destroyed a city or something.
Idk, I just feel like, as a force user, in general, unless you're of Halcyon's line, you should be capable of moving a ****ing boulder.
Luke has also struggled against an amped Desann who was beaten by Kyle Katarn, and Lumiya. At his best, he's seen beating Caedus while injured, beating Darth Vader in ROTJ, and Palpatine in Dark Empire.

Kam is a skilled duelist, but he's not that high. Remember he is pressing a somewhat less skilled Skywalker. Where as Desann fought Grandmaster Skywalker while the former was amped tenfold.(Yavin Amp and Valley amp) and Kyle bested this same Desann in a Force bout and a Duel. This leads to the very basic solution of Kyle>Desann>Kam>Brakiss(Brakiss is gets the short stick because he is stomped by Luke on several occasions. Where as Desann and Kam at least gave him an ok fight.)
I just wanna clear that up first. I'll post my full response and scans tomorrow bud.
