Animals within the same species vary greatly. Can we not say that Labrador retrievers are significantly smarter than chihuahuas? Yes. They were bred that way. Also, considering that the out of Africa origination was debunked (black people are the only race that really doesn't have neanderthal dna)
We can see how africans and their relations are so much different than other races. They are physically different with cranial density and longer arms etc.
Why can't we just say it for what it is

Black languages are incredibly sinplified with little concept of future thinking, this is after European influence, btw. Native Americans, Aboriginals and Africans, again, were very primitive groups with little understanding of leadership, civilisation ownership etc. The great cities of New York, London, Sydney, Cape Town etc. were built by white Europeans who understood future thinking, ownership, leadership etc. (All things that make Trump great, btw)
This is because of patriarchy. Europe and Asia understood patriarchy. Africans, Native Americans and Aboriginals, did not. Patriarchy teaches discipline, resources and resolvement of conflict, without it, absolute harem. Women had high positions of power in these civilisations and the Europeans managed to take over very easily. Like squashing a bee hive.
Obviously, we are in current year and women have the vote and white people have bred with non-whites, these are the most successful non-whites, btw. Its not that all races are unequal, but the best non-whites, still have white genes inside them. This is because of 100s of years of patriarchy and monogamy from christianity.
So yeah, that might have been a tangent, but I think all points stand.
