She never actually wanted to kill them which is why she repeatedly contacted them with telepathy and even stopped fighting when Harley asked of she could bring Joker back to life. Loki has no speed feats comparable to teleporting to Tehran and retrieving papers from a hidden base. She could pretty easily blitz him imo

And how is she going to hurt him? Loki takes hits from Thor and Hulk.

Yes, she used some low level TK. Maul could have done better. I'm not at all impressed by her ability to fight. Given time she can whip up some cool spells but in a 1v1 fight she isn't all that impressive.

TBH I actually forgot all about Loki's daggers. Though I wonder if they'd work as effectively as Katana's sword.
She's not that impressive but her teleporting power would be bothersome in trying to score hits.

Loki cant really tangle with Thor; Thor holds back on him as he really doesnt want to fight his brother...
Thor would destroy Loki just like the Hulk did if he was inclined to...

The fact that Thor needs to take Loki seriously in order to beat him proves that Loki can indeed tangle with Thor. Yes, Thor will probably always beat Loki in a fight, but he can't simply plow through Loki.
Also, Loki never properly fought Hulk. So we have no idea how easily Hulk could beat Loki if Loki was actually fighting back.
