Why didn't the Ravager fall apart when Nihilus died?

I take it as a simple plot hole, but I'm curious to see if anybody else had any other explanations.

The Exile held it together until they left, obviously.

Visas Marr probably did, yeah 👆

Don't you dare cast doubt on the Dark Lord's power.

Mad because Nihilus eats your favorite characters?

Uhm because uhm

Death cannot stop Nihilus.

Because Nihilis didn't hold it together after all......

Because Tobin is full of it.

Is there any objective source(s) that actually state Nihilus did indeed hold his ship together with TK?

Because Tobin is full of it.

You act as if out of universe, third party sources haven't also said the exact same thing.

Both TCSWE and the Prima guide claim Nihilus held the ship together and kept the crew alive alone.

"Darth Nihilus' dark will held the vessel and its crew together."
-The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia

"Darth Nihilus, using only the dark side, holds the ship together from his command post on the bridge."
-Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Prima Guide

So what exactly are you going for, here? That the ship wasn't nearly as damaged as we thought? Because it still required explosives to destroy, Nihilus or no.

The crew might have repaired the Starship with passage of time. Common sense, people. 😬

It probably would have fallen apart over time.

Both quite likely interpretations.

For all we know, it was functioning alright while stationary, but something strenuous like Hyperspace travel would have torn it apart...

I like how the brain dead crew repaired the ship, but left giant holes in its hull. That sounds pretty smart.

He never held it in the first place? Or maybe he's only held a portion of it? Or he only held it for like a day before it got semi-fixed? 😱

It was in space. It wasn't going to fall apart just like that. Sel's quotes are unassailable. He held it together. Just because it didn't immediately fall apart doesn't mean it wouldn't do so in motion or time.

"When killed, the ship would slowly begin to fall apart into wreckage." --CA
