I pick sephiroth. His way faster than kratos with the ability to cut through metal steel depending on its thickness. And he moves so fast that a speeding bullet is in slow motion to him. Kratos is stronger but his really slow compared to sephiroth. I don't believe kratos can dodge machine gun fire from all angles of his body. Zack did that with ease, so if can do it sephiroth can swell.
