Anybody else think Vader looks like a midget in the trailer?

I don't recall seeing the First Order Troopers pull off any great levels of competence in the movie....

I don't recall any of that being mentioned in the Star Wars novels when I read them back in the day, but I willl admit it has been a very long time since I read them. SO I until I re-read and larn diff I am going to go that is is just part of the FanFic Fanerization silliness that popped up with around the time of the prequels.

Yea, the first order is awesome. They appear to be an even bigger death star and even easier to destroy.

Quan, you bring up the Storms to try and compare them, but then bring up the SK base and DS that have nothing to do with the Storms at all. Not sure what logic you're using there.

Agreed. Sure it can wipe out multiple planets in a system, but that's not going to even be that useful most of the time. The big advantage it has it can target planets across the galaxy and doesn't have to travel there. But this is offset somewhat by it's long ass charging time.

And yes, it certainly seemed even easier to destroy. Even the still unfinished DSII was more difficult to destroy.
