Depends, if this is Ahsoka during season 5 then she has a pretty good shot at winning this. Anything less though and Kylo wins, Kylo outclasses her in the Force by a pretty fair degree.

Ren if he uses force freeze.

He could stop a blaster bolt in place indefinately with no strain, then forgets he can do the same thing to Poe..

Ashoka doesn't use a blaster so it makes no difference

He did it, like, every time when he wasn't hindered by a bowcaster bolt to the gut and mentally weakened from killing his father.
