I'd actually give Franklin the edge despite Stranger's experience advantage.

He is a cosmic being powerful enough to create Ego a pretty powerful character himself.

^ He's chump change compared to Franklin.

A calm Franklin casually negated every single attack the Mad Celestials threw his way. A calm Franklin is a universal shaper... Especially post-Hickman.

yeah stranger isn't close. his feats are all over the map any way. always been tough to place. feats would indicate anything from high trans to high skyfather or maybe beyond--both would likely be supportable stances.
