Has anyone ever died from TK?

I'm not talking about the impact into an object or structure from TK, I'm talking about a TK Blast that killed someone.

I mean if a wave hits them hard enough to where they don't have time to decelerate I could see someone dying from internal organ damage (similar to crashing your car going 100 mph into a wall).

Shaak Ti got seriously wounded by a repulse from Galen in the TFU novel. Wasn't killed by it, but I'd say it's close enough that it proves such a thing is possible.

In KOTFE's "Visions in the Dark", Valkorion (as a spirit) unleashes what appears to be a Force wave that vaporized people on contact.

A Force user's been disintegrated by TK, yeah.

Zannah attacking Bane's old girlfriend or Starkiller blasting his clones come to mind.
