Shatter Dianna's Bracers with a single attack..?

She is prepared and using the Bracers to actively block the attack:

Scenario 1: Physical attacks only.
Scenario 2: Energy attacks only.
Scenario 3: Items/equipment/tech only.

Who/what can do it?

For scenario 1 : Serpent? He shattered Captain America's shield with his bare hands.

For scenario 2 : Late 1970s Molecule Man (pre the original Secret Wars). He vaporized Captain America's shield, Iron Man's armor, Surfer's board, and Thor's hammer.

For scenario 3 : Perrikus (or however you spell his name). He broke Mjollnir with his scythe or whatever it was.
