N52 Wonder Woman vs Balder (stipulations)

vs.

Physical stats are equalized.

Fight in a large indestructible coliseum.

WW has her sword and shield, and Balder is dual wielding swords as he often does.

Nobody?

Balder treats a fight seriously only if asgardian pies are being thrown at him.

Otherwise he just bends over and enjoys being the victim.

I think Wonder Woman is more skilled, but it's a close fight.
