Crazy can make up for a lack of skill if the gap isnt too large.

I thought so too. I am sure Joker has had some good showings against Batman.

Way better showings than he should. And thats what (imo) gave him his "charm". He ran on crazy.
Needless to say i'm not a fan of him having been given a power up.
