Don't think NC can outspeed Widow or HE shooting down Beast and Mystique. He gets to them, sure, but he likely loses Mystique and Beast likely gets mortally wounded. And they're no slouch in H2H either.
He can do the port n drop, but I don't ever recall him doing that offensively the way Azazel did. And they can take him out (by stabbing or zapping) as soon as he tries grabs to them as well. Will admit that the port n drop tactic is a wildcard that can easily take out anyone in Team MCU if done succesfully.
Cage would tank explosions, sure, but precise impacts on weak points (like when J. Jones shot him on the chin with a shotgun) can hurt him. And don't forget that his eyes aren't impervious (as they used that as a means to drain fluid from his brain with a needle) and he's slow AF relative to his opponents.
Nightcrawler is the only one keeping this from being a complete stomp in the Avengers' favor. Cap could take everyone in this fight in h2h with all the feats he has. Also giving Widow and Hawkeye their standard gear would allow them to shred through the other two teams.
However if Nightcrawler can get Beast close to either opposing team, they could pose a problem.
Good points Nibedicus, you could be right, as NC is not particularly durable, or much stronger than an everage human, but instantly being able to close with, engage, and either deliver a decisive blow to an unsuspecting oppone t or remove an opponent all together from a battlefieldin heartbeat would be an amazing advantage ion any sort of terrain or any combat situation.
It would also be badass for grocery shopping or anything really. Think about if you were at Walmart on a busy day and your trying to get around that fat guy or old ***** in the electric deathmobile they have.
