Alucard wins because he'll know everything before meliodas could begin his attack. Can meliodas stop teleported? I don't think so. Can he stop Alucard superspeed? He'll have to work harder than Alucard does to survive if Alucard doesn't read his mind or teleport. He'll die before he can use full counter. Alucard is a reality wiper( poor Luke and poor meliodas).

Chapter 1 Mel casually slice half a hill with a basic sword. Then he did the same thing a few chapters later on with a stick.
Alucard has never mind controlled anyone worth shit. Mel has also taken hits that slices mountains in half and he kept fighting. This is all base Mel, not demon Mel.
Mel casually caught a spear enhanced with Thunder thrown at him and toss it back with perfect accuracy at least a few miles away.

alucard states to LLukeand lady that's his master. And that's basically what he did in his fight Luke( he was causing the bullets to richorchet off the, letting him know that he can beat him, see for you self.). He can mind control him( remember in vol. 3, he mind control the receptionist. Can meliodas resist? No.
He didn't mind control him. Hellsing's creator said in an interview it wasn't mind control, it was more like a "Sex Beam". That's why he looked so in love with Alucard and did what he said. Also he's never not once used it in battle. Don't you think it would've been useful against Dandy Man? Anderson? Rip Van Winkle? The Captain? Etc...
