Bruce Wayne: X-Men vs Brotherhood

Suppose Bruce Wayne was born on Marvel Earth 616. This time his parents are killed while Sentinels are hunting Morlocks. Assuming that he still followed the same path, he discovers that he is a mutant with enhanced intellect (Tony Stark level) and photographic reflexes. After completing his training and becoming the Batman he is approached by Xavier and Magneto respectively. Prior to this meeting he has never heard of either of them or their teams. Which side would he choose?

He wouldn't choose either side, but would instead watch both sides waiting for one to fall out of line. Bruce Wayne is a loner before he is a team player.

Xavier turns him into a pet monkey.
