Wolverine is a nonfactor. Spidey or Lizard stomp him instantly.
The Juggernaut is too much of an unknown. He's not taking out Spidey or Lizard, but can they take him out? If he really is invulnerable like his comic counterpart, no. He never demonstrated this though, so I want to say that they should be able to take him out.
